Custom Orders?

All custom orders must be emailed to info.alllscents@gmail.com. An official invoice will be sent to the email provided. All custom orders must be paid in full before order is shipped.

Please allow 10-14 business days before shipping, due to product cure time.

While, we at ALll Scents LLC make every effort to ensure each product is perfect, we are human and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Handcraft items may have slight variations but the quality will remain consistent.

 

Due to Covid-19 some shipping orders may be delayed. Please note shipping is provided by USPS. We are not responsible for damaged items received during the shipping process. 

 

If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied please contact us at info.alllscents@gmail.com within 24- hours so we can better assist you in a timely manner.

The buyer is responsible for all (if any) shipping costs for returned items in relation to incorrect shipping address.

Due to Covid-19 some shipping orders may be delayed. In efforts to assist with shipping delays we will ship orders Monday-Wednesday during the summer.  Please note shipping is provided by USPS. All shipping costs are calculated according to USPS priority and flat rate options.

Enjoy free domestic shipping on all orders $75 or more. Orders placed after 5pm EST will process the next business day
